Tehreek-e Hurriyat on Wednesday condemned slapping of PSA against its party leader Ameer Hamza Shah, detaining its activists including Omer Farooq Dar, Bashir Ahmad Sofi, Sarjan Ahmad and said that these arbitrary arrests and detentions won’t deter us from pursuing the sacred cause of freedom from Indian occupation. Spokesman while commenting over the highhandedness of state administration, said that from nook and corner the youth are being chased and arrested and this has caused a panic among the people and youth are on run and away from their homes evading the arrest. Asking state administration to halt its arbitrary measures against youth and said that despite detentions, harassment and ransacking properties and detaining innocent youth, people will follow their destination. Spokesman said that police administration is harassing youth and making their future bleak. While asking the authorities for halting their repressive measures against innocent youth, said that there is no justification as people are following their mission through peaceful means. Commenting over the heartless approach of puppet regime, spokesman said that people have every right to call them as incompetent, brainless and callous. Referring to state administration, spokesman said that we are passing through a very dark period of state and state administration by laying unethical curbs have turned state into a big jail. Spokesman expressed his resentment and dismay over the continuous night raids and said that police in their actions are trampling the sanctity of all norms, inmates are harassed and properties ransacked. It is stupidity that puppet rulers in order to appease their masters in Delhi are using most lethal weapons like pellet guns against unarmed and innocent civilians and this has raised a question mark for their so-called “Vision” said spokesman and while slamming them for their rhetoric about peace and tranquility, said that it is a brazen lie and they are living in an illusion and day dreaming. Referring to slapping of PSA against Ameer Hamza, spokesman said that there is no justification as first PSA is yet to be quashed by legal authorities. Spokesman condemned the ransacking of house of its party activist Sabzar Ahmad and residential houses in Arinhaal Islamabad.
